WELCOME, to our corner of Grace!

Nestled in the scenic beauty of Lisbon, Maine, our four-acre Dairy Goat Farm is a heartfelt dream come true.  As Navy veterans, Lou and I  settled here 30 years ago, we turned my lifelong dream of raising goats into a thriving family-owned farm.

What started with just three goats as pets has blossomed into a thriving farm. As the saying goes, "I only wanted 10 goats, but if God wants me to have 20, then 40 it is!" Today, we proudly care for over 35 vibrant goats, including Nigerian Dwarfs, Nubians,  Alpines, and Saanens.

At our farm, we pour love and meticulous planning into every thing we do from breeding to creating our skin care products.

As a family owned and operated farm every kid (baby) born here is cared for with great love.  The kids are kept with their dams (moms) until they are 8 weeks old then they are ready for a new home.  Some kids are bottle fed and dam fed depending upon the situation.  Sires (dads) are kept on the farm as well.  Kids are sold as registered or unregistered per request.

Here on the farm we create quality skin products , ensuring each bar of soap, lotion, and shampoo is handcrafted using fresh goat milk straight from our farm. This commitment reflects our personal touch and our desire to bring the best to you. Our mission revolves around superior service and personalized attention.

Goat milk soap is renowned for its gentle cleaning properties and its incredible ingredients that offer numerous benefits for the skin. Packed with alpha hydroxy acids, it provides gentle exfoliation, while its high content of Vitamin A supports the anti-aging process. Additionally, the soap is rich in Vitamins C and D, Selenium, Zinc, Copper, and Iron, along with natural fatty acids and oils that hydrate and nourish your skin.

Here’s how these amazing ingredients work wonders for your skin:

• Vitamin C helps keep the skin bright and revitalized.

• Vitamin D assists in reducing fine lines and wrinkles.

• Selenium acts as an antioxidant, helping to prevent signs of aging.

• Zinc, Copper, and Iron contribute to a healthy skin appearance.

• Natural fatty acids and oils provide essential moisture and hydration.

• With a pH level similar to that of human skin, our goat milk does not dry out your skin.

• Goat milk has antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties and is hypoallergenic, ensuring that over time, your skin improves with regular use.

Crafted with Care

Every bar of our soap is formulated with goat milk as one of the top two ingredients, not merely an additive. We utilize saponified oils—Olive, Coconut, Castor and sustainable Palm oils—as the foundation of our bars. Our product line includes all-natural bars without colorants or fragrance oils, as well as those elevated with high-quality essential oils. For those who enjoy a bit of color and fun, we also create vibrant, fragrant bars using micas, pigments, and clays.

This year (2023) has been especially joyful as we've welcomed 17 adorable baby goats to the farm, including our little Gemma, born on July 18. Each new arrival embodies the vibrant life and love we share here at Carmel Gardens.

We are excited to invite you to explore CGAGF Treasures. If you haven’t already, now is the perfect time to start incorporating our goat milk products into your daily body care routine.

Our goat milk soaps and lotions are gentle enough for both body and face cleansing while acting as nutrient-rich exfoliators that leave your skin feeling rejuvenated.

Thank you for supporting our dream, and we hope you share the wonderful experience of our handcrafted products with others. Discover the difference of goat milk skincare and enjoy the treasures we create just for you!

God Bless!

Joann
